Welcome to Leaders' Online™

Leaders' Online™ is all about ideas that you can use to be a better leader of youth, told and explained by people whom have or presently are serving as youth agency leaders. Whether you're a Boy Scout or Girl Scout leader, a leader of 4-H, or just a community center supervisor, you'll find here links and information dealing with many aspects of youth agency work, youth and adult leadership and coaching, and both the good and bad sides of serving youth!
Information on Leaders' Online comes from current and former volunteers and professionals engaged in youth agency work (primarily the Boy Scouts of America and the Girl Scouts of the USA). Their comments, statements and information does not necessarily represent the official stance of their programs, and these individuals and others do not officially represent those programs by their statements here. Those statements which are supported by official policy statements or publications are listed within these pages, and usually are accompanied by a publication name and date, page and/or paragragh number, or other verification. For official statements and information, you are encouraged to visit your local BSA or GSUSA Council office, or to USPS ("snail" or postal mail) write to their national offices for clarification.
Leaders' Online™, Rose Walton, nor Mike Walton assumes any responsibility for the accuracy or other represenatation of the statements here, although much care and concern for those viewing and using this material has been given in the collection, verification and "source code" of the information provided here.
